What do I do if the method to redeem does not work?
If you cannot redeem an offer, check to see if you or your company is eligible to receive the offer. If there are eligibility requirements for a startup, it is explicitly stated on the Perk Provider page.
On the left side of the page, underneath the offering, are the eligibility requirements.
If you are eligible and you are still unable to redeem the offer, please email community@theonevalley.com or shoot us a message, and we will take care of it.
