Browse through their profiles and backgrounds to identify mentors whose skills align with your startup's needs.

3. Customize your Passport Dashboard: Customizing your Passport Dashboard will provide a variety of mentors related to your companies specific stage of growth, industry and specific challenges unique to your business. 

4. Introductory Meetings: Once you have identified potential mentors, you can book 1:1 meetings with then. These meetings will allow you to discuss your startup's goals, challenges, and expectations while evaluating the mentor's capability with your vision. 

5. Long-Term Engagement: Based on your initial meetings, select a mentor who aligns with your startup's values, goals, and specific needs. Establish a long-term engagement plan with the selected mentor to receive ongoing guidance, support and accountability.
